About the role

Hiver is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance user interfaces for its AI‑driven customer service platform. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to shape the product roadmap and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement frontend architecture that scales to process millions of emails daily.
• Lead a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into intuitive UI components.
• Optimize performance and establish monitoring frameworks for frontend health.
• Drive adoption of best practices in React, Vue, and modern JavaScript development.
