Associate Analyst (Contractual)

About the role

GlobalLogic is looking for motivated fresh graduates to join as Associate Analysts on a contractual basis. You will be part of a data‑annotation team that prepares text, audio, video and image datasets for AI and machine learning projects. No prior annotation experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Label various data types—text, audio, video, images—following detailed guidelines.
• Maintain high consistency and accuracy across all labeled items.
• Work under supervision, meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
• Communicate clearly to understand task instructions and provide written descriptions of media content.
• Demonstrate strong reading, writing and listening abilities to interpret and document data.
• Handle large‑scale datasets while ensuring quality standards.
• Assist in gathering non‑personal data such as receipts, photos of infrastructure, and other assets for model training.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency with laptops or desktops and basic computer operations.
• Excellent focus on repetitive tasks and a keen eye for detail.
• Quick learner with good problem‑solving and creative thinking.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shift rotations.

Skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Data annotation and labeling concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
